These are wonderful for keeping herbs fresh in an airtight (smell-proof), light-proof, extremely sturdy container.I was able, with only minor 'compressing' (not crushing buds in any way) to get 1/4 oz.of fairly dense flowers into these 'stash jar' containers.That said, these are not quite the quality of the similar herb stash jars by High Peak Products.I expected a more closely similar product but was disappointed that these from Kreate88 arrived with the interiors somewhat uneven with some minor 'pitting' and discoloration. It would seem these imperfections would occur from a rush in the milling process.The specs are also not as closely adhered to as with the jars from High Peak.These jars do not have the O-ring seal inset so as to allow complete closure of the lid of the jar. It shouldn't effect the air-tightness to any great degree. but the other jars (which aren't available in this size as one piece) have the O-ring engineered to be slightly inset so as to allow complete closure of the cap while the O-ring seals against the inside of the cap instead of pressing against the rim of the cap as with this (Kreate88) jar.I purchased this jar as a larger alternative to the smaller High Peak Products jars - they only offer this size in a multi-piece model; but their smaller jars -one is half this size (1/8 oz flower?) and another is a quarter of the size (holds just over 1 gram) have to my experience been flawless. I have many of them.I do enjoy using these type of storage container in addition to, and as an alternative to glass. They work very well for longer term storage so long as you keep in mind that being metal they are particularly temperature sensitive.EDIT 06-07-17: I needed more storage for expanded variety and bought a couple more of these handy little stash vials. I'm very happy to report the new ones were perfect, unblemished with no pitting or discoloration like the original purchase. They also came in some quite presentable (for gift giving) nifty little windowed boxes -each separately in it's own box - Nice! Unfortunately the products I mention from High Peak Products in the original review are no longer available and haven't been for a while now.

I use this jar to stash the good stuff (you know what I'm saying?) and it works very well. A few things to note, I recommend you keep your good stuff in a baggy and then put it in the jar, it's an extra layer of smell protection. I do not recommend you fill the entire jar with crushed good stuff because honestly I don't think the jar can handle it. The jar is not that big, I use it to store up to an eighth (uncrushed) and it fits kind of tight. For the price this jar is excellent, i personally do not handle more than an eighth of good stuff and it does the job well and because its small and light you can carry it anywhere and it won't smell. Lastly the jar looks very nice, it's sleek and shiny and I like the appearance of it.

Ok so let's start by saying this DOES NOT HOLD AN 1/8TH of Oz. It's small. It's portrayed as being able to hold a certain amount and be actually bigger than it really is. However, I liked them so I didn't return them. A reviewer stated that they grind up all their herb and it fits an 1/8. But come on who does that? It does however fit about two grams of intact product. I kept them to hold a ton of keef that which is absolutely perfect for them. Now that the rant is over here are the details.Pros:1. Well made and durable.2. Cool look. Aluminum feel and touch.3. Seal rather well. (Not smell proof)4. Great for to trips.What's not so great about this:1. Smaller than represented. (I should have checked dimensions)2. Sealing ring is quite loose and pops out when tightened up. Could also be of better quality as it's pretty thin. As others have noted.3. The threads also somewhat feel like a slight mismatch when screwing it on may cause it to cross thread.Overall, not bad may actually buy some more as I do a lot of hiking with friends. Although I prefer glass I also like not shattering glass everywhere if they fall. Will probably buy some more but bigger.

Great for projects or sealing dry goods from moisture. I made a catch-can for my Harley crank case breathers and it works great. It does scratch easily as it is an uncoated piece of aluminum. This can be good for adding etching designs or personalizations. The O-ring didn't last long either but that may be due to petroleum distilates it was exposed to. It did exactly what I expected of it for its intended use and is the perfect size.

It is a tiny black cylinder the size of a few quarters observe the pictures. I say buy a larger stash jar but this one works if you have a nug of some Zaza this will store it nicely. Obviously fits beautiful in the pockets for the size. I would use this for collecting my AVB and herbs.

holds about 12g of finely ground powder. Less if it is in big chunks. Easy snuffing right from jar with tube if you want a big bump, but must be careful to not snuff too much. It takes practice trying to get a couple small bumps first rather than a 1/2g bomb followed by choking and blowing away the precious powder. i use a  Powder Spice Grinder Hand Mill Funnel - Large Metal 3 Piece 2.12 inch with vial - By TitanOwl  to make my fluffy powder that needs no cutting with a blade or cc, smashing in the bag, or any processing. No need for a flat surface if you can take it right out of container. I love my stash jar.

Perfect size for me. Its about the size of a roll of quarters, maybe a little smaller. Perfect to toss in a few nugs to last a couple days. The seal is tight. I like that the rubber gasket is removable so I can replace it if it wears out. The inside is smooth, no scratches or burrsEdit: august 2018 Ive used this jar almost every day since I bought it. Its still the perfect jar for me. The gasket isnt worn at all, and I leave it in my car a lot, where temps are over 100 pretty often. No issues. I purchased 6 of these containers to hold my various ground herbs. They came with removeable labels (nice touch) and work as advertised. They look great, and feel good in one's hand as well. Threading is good, and no smells emanate from the container when sealed. AAAA+ quad rating.

This thing is a dream, pocket sized but fits about 3-4g of dried material. No smell gets out, at all. Keeps your material as fresh as when it went in.
