Very sturdy metal pegs and plastic washers to spread load . Did not bend when hammering into hard soil . The removal tool was an added bonus . A great quality product at a fair price .

I recently used the Bakulyor 200 Weed Control Membrane Pegs with 200 buffer washers, and overall I’m very pleased with the results. The first thing that stood out was the quantity — having 200 pegs and washers in one pack is excellent value, especially for larger garden projects. I used them to secure weed membrane across a fairly wide area, and it was good not having to worry about running out halfway through. The pegs themselves feel sturdy and durable. They push into the ground quite easily, even in slightly compacted soil, and once in place they hold firmly. I didn’t notice any bending or warping during use, which can sometimes be an issue with cheaper alternatives. The buffer washers are a really useful addition. They help spread the pressure over the membrane, preventing tearing and keeping everything neatly in place. This made a noticeable difference, especially in areas where the ground wasn’t perfectly level. Installation was straightforward and didn’t take long. The combination of sharp peg ends and the washers made the whole process efficient, even for someone doing a DIY job without professional tools. If I had one small criticism, it would be that in very hard or rocky ground, you may need to pre-make holes or use a bit more force, but that’s fairly standard with any pegs of this type. Overall, a solid, reliable product that does exactly what it’s supposed to. Good value for money, easy to use, and effective at keeping weed membrane securely in place. I’d definitely recommend it for both small and larger garden projects.

Good product at a good price

The pegs were very easy to tap into the ground. The black parts made performance much better at keeping my protective grass matting down, saving the amount of pegs needed per area of matting. Especially useful for the wavy parts in my matting. The material of the black base parts seems to be flexible plastic. The actual tool and pegs are made of metal, however with any pegs these ones also bend easily if they hit any rocks below! The material thickness and peg thickness is as described (standard peg size). They have so far helped up well in my sunny outdoor greenhouse environment with water going over them.

Brilliant. Used with weed membrane and these are easy to install and the plastic circles help to flatten and pin the membrane down so further reduce weed growth. Purchased several boxes.

Fantastic product and won’t ever be doing any membrane without buffer washers again, they are amazing. I have been landscaping all our garden with membrane and bark and using these have made it so much easier.

These membrane pegs work okay but not perfect. I live in a new build estate and the earth beneath us is littered with stones, these were too long as they would constantly hit stones and bend, I ended up grinding an inch off and filing a point onto it. Okay value for moneybut id buy more durable ones next time.

This was a great ides to have the gaskets for the staples. I have been using staples for years holding down ground covers on my gardens and this was first time the saw this combination. It works GREAT! So easy to pound in the ground and holds the covers so much better. The the hook that comes with it is very sharp point and makes it a breeze to get the staple out. Love it.
