Q: Is the satin trim all around?

The satin trim is only at the top and bottom edges.

Q: The tan looks more of a pale yellow? Is it?

The color on these pictures seems to be off. I purchased the "Sand" color and it is off-white/beige. There is no hint of yellow in it. It's very light weight, which is what I wanted. I don't know what the Tan color looks like.

Q: will a cut edge ravel?

Yes, the satin part can unravel since satin is delicate material.

Q: what size in inches is the full/ queen blanket please?

I do not remember, but I will say that it is too oversized for a Queen bed.
