Perform as it described. The original remote that comes with the Apple TV is very hard to use. Until I bought this one to be much better to move the cursor around without problem. Very precise and easy to use. More importantly is much lower price than Apple Remote.

This is a very nifty remote control was compatible with my Apple Router and TV- connectivity was almost immediate. It even controls the TV sound. As usual with all new electronic devices, I plugged in the charging cable and in less than an hour it was ready to use. I eliminated two remotes- the original Apple remote, and the TV remote (Sceptre Model x405bv, 12 years old, in perfect running condition). This has pretty fast connection speed to the turning the TV on and Off. All the buttons work quite well, and I really like the dial control over the last slippery surface of the original Apple remote. It is a learning curve to set this device up properly since they are not exactly like the original remotes. I HIGHLY SUGGEST, reading the instructions at least twice, don't be in a hurry, and eventually, like me, it will work nicely. If you don't read them, good luck.. The only drawback that one might think could be a problem is that it is quite light weight so don't drop it a lot, unless it's on a carpet. Last, but not least- This remote may not work on dumb TVs that are old. Read the ad, and ask Rufus for any information not visible on the sales page. I do not use cable TV, that is why I have my Apple Box which provides me with SMART TV internet app sources for entertainment- Youtbube is first on my list; then Amazon; then a few other like Fox Nation, Pluto, etc. Once you get used to using it, it's a breeze. I watch ProWalk Videos while working out on my treadmill and pausing, stopping, fast forwarding or back up the videos have become quite easy... Enjoy, it's work the money.

One of the few things I don’t like about our Apple TV is that you can only have one ATV Remote paired at a time. This solves that problem. The best thing about this particular device is that it has the same button layout as the original, so muscle memory kicks in and we can use this one without looking the same as we can with the original. It charges very quickly and lasts a long time between charges. Yes, it’s not an exact copy but it serves its purpose allowing two people to control the same Apple TV. We have the most current version ATV and it works perfectly with it.

This thing is great! The combination of rechargeable convenience and smooth compatibility is really neat. The remote surprised me with the way that it paired so quickly with my Apple TV and then seamlessly controlled my Insignia television. It just worked!

I hardly ever write reviews but I had the worst time with this remote. I finally got it to sync to the TV but the buttons didn't always seem to engage (if that makes sense). The lag time between pushing a button and the input button blinking was so long that it took forever to change a channel, IF the buttons even worked. I had to give it a tap each time for some of the buttons to work.. I mean it was cheap and the previous owner of the TV I bought didn't keep the remote since they had cable but ugh it was awful. Finally found a place that had the name brand remote and it works perfect - no blinky input button ever time I push a button.

Product works instantly!!! Beautiful for convenience. I do notice depending on the TV u have the volume function may or may not work but either way it does what it says it does. I just adjust volume on my TV directly. I'm grateful decent price and automatic connection is a win for me.

It arrived quickly and feels solid in the hand with responsive buttons and a straightforward layout. It paired with my device without any issues, and most of the basic functions worked as expected, it seemed like a decent budget option. However, no matter how many times I tried to configure it, I could not get the volume control to work at all. I followed instructions, tried different programming modes, and even reset it several times, but volume simply wouldn’t respond. For me that’s a pretty big drawback since adjusting sound is something I do all the time. If you need a basic remote for power, channel changes, and menu navigation, it might be fine, but the lack of functional volume control means it didn’t fully replace my original remote.

estos accesorios no funcionan, mis Apple tv son de 1a generación A1842 y 4a generación A1625, que según su pagina señalan que funcionan para esos modelos, seguí el instructivo y no funcionan.
