I love this supplement. I’m sensitive to prescription drugs and while they may help me in some ways, the side effects are always too harsh for me. I’m also very limited on supplements I can take because I develop allergies to a lot of things. Not this Serotonin support! The ingredients are clean, so I trust Dr Amen. It gives me that “happy” that I used to naturally have years ago. I feel much less anxious, I can function normally, and it almost completely eliminates my depression! Everytime I think I’m fine and stop taking it, I’m reminded what a difference it makes. My moods just feel so much more manageable. I can enjoy my morning coffee without becoming an anxious mess. I’m much more motivated. And it helps me sleep! (I take it in the evening) All with no side effects! I’m so grateful for this product. You have to take 4 but the capsules are so light, like taking probiotics. It takes about a week to start working 100%. And if you forget to take it? No biggie. It takes a week for it to “wear off”. Highly reccommend.

I bought this product for my daughter who has really bad PMDD to try out. Every month for an entire week it is so bad that i literally tell her to get out of the house, we can not live with her during that time. I know that she is not acting that way on purpose because she is the most lovable person the rest of the month, but she goes nuts. Her dr has tried bc, shes changed her diet and meditates etc. Nothing has helped, so after i researched and started to hear over & over about seratonin levels i told her to try this product before the harsh medicine her dr wanted to put her on as the next step. My mom & 1 of my sisters has a mental disorder so we are always hesitant to take anything that may mess with our heads. This worked the first go round she started taking them a week b4 her period was due and thru her period, so 2 weeks. She took 4 pills a day, she didnt have any of her usual symptoms and could communicate with us without the usual anger, and could go to work. Im hoping it will continue to work for her.

I was on Prozac for about two years back in the 1990s. One thing about antidepressants is they smooth things out but don't cure the core issues. A skilled therapist can help with the skills, while antidepressants can make the journey less stressful. Being on this supplement for almost a week, it reminds me of taking Prozac, but without the side effects. Being vitamin-based, it feels "cooler" on my system compared to pharmaceuticals. My therapist recommended the product when I told him I didn't want to be on an antidepressant. So far, so good.

This brainmd supplement is worth its weight in gold.. makes life seem a bit sunnier even on cloudy days.. I trust Dr Daniel Amen the ingredients and care he puts into his targeted supplements.. the world is a better happier place.

Unfortunately this one did not work for me. Did not even take a full dose and although it gave me a boost in happy energy, I think it gave me insomnia. Maybe increased my anxiety 12 hours later. Love Dr. Amen's GABA and Saffron though. I also take Ashwagonda 1x or 2x per day.
