This seems to work...im buying more...it helps me concentrate better

It does give me a great boost of positivity, removes my anxiety for the piles of things I gotta do and keeps me focused for a good 5 hours on point. it wears off slowly. you need to combine it with others depending on your physical requirements and mental structure but it's ok. I wish they would run more offers to buy in bulk. $40 for 22 days when you're trying to put your life together is not easy.

I HATE that this works because the price is awful. But it really does work so the value is there at the same time it's not because it's SOO EXPENSIVE. I have ADHD so most things do not work for me, but this is the outlier because it works! I have no side effects but I also only take half the dosage because of price. I have never tried full dosage because the half works fantastically! After having children the brain fog and mom brain is SERIOUS and this is literally the only thing that helped! So for that it's 5 Stars but for price it's 1 stars.

I’ll write a million reviews for Dr Amen’s products!!! I Love them. I used to be in meetings hardly able to capture a word being said. I read dr amens book and learned that my executive brain is always on hi speed. Once I started taking these, it was a game changer for me…I did not know why I felt like I was so stupid or lost…and I learned it was none of that negative talk…it was my brain needing to slow down. I have been taking these for years and won’t stop!

As a nurse, I know better than to drop money on this kind of stuff. 🤦🏼‍♀️ More often than not, all it results in is expensive urine. The reviews were decent though, so I gave it a try and I’ll tell ya, if I didn’t know I was taking it, I would never have known. I might as well have been taking a multivitamin; I felt ZERO difference in ANYTHING it purports to help with. If your brain fog, or whatever problem with focus you’ve got goin’ on, is super mild or intermittent and you WANNA drop the 💰💰 on it, MAYBE it’ll help ya?🤷🏼‍♀️ Even if it only helps by way of the “placebo effect” (e.g., you believe it’ll work, so it “does”), that’s okay too. But if you have REAL, ongoing issues with energy, focus, or clarity, DO NOT waste your money on this because it isn’t going to help you. Instead, see your doctor. I did and I got a proper diagnosis (ADD) and a prescription for Vyvanse, which not only DID increase my energy, clarity, and focus, it has also helped me lose weight (32 lbs in 7 months). I should’ve done that FIRST; like I said, I know better.🤦🏼‍♀️🙄 But here’s your opportunity to learn from MY mistake! Don’t fall for it, no matter WHOSE name is on the product, ALWAYS DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH. I use the vast, easy to navigate, and free MSK online database. There, you will find NON-BIASED, easy to understand info on any vitamin, mineral, or herbal supplement you can think of, with factual info on clinical studies of each which tell you whether or not they’ve been shown to be effective. First, I was diagnosed with ADD nearly 30 years ago, so I've had quite a long experience with different methods and medications to help alleviate the symptoms (focus, impulse control, etc). This product is OK as far as what it is supposed to do. I feel like it works better after it's been used regularly for a couple of weeks, and in conjunction with something like L-Tyrosine. A healthy diet of lean protein, veggies, and fruit, and low sugar intake helps it work better as well. Is it a miracle replacement for prescription ADD/ADHD meds if you struggle with severe ADD symptoms? I would be skeptical of that. But I do feel like it raises the baseline somewhat so that when I'm not taking ADD meds (weekends, holidays, etc.) I don't feel as forgetful, distracted, and generally, "foggy" than before I began using this product. I only gave it three stars due to the price; it's fairly expensive all things considered. $10-$15 bucks cheaper and this would be a 4-5 star review.
