Easy to use and the iRestore team is customer friendly
I’ve been using the iRestore pro every other day for 8 weeks consistently. It works exactly as described. I got the battery pack so I can move around easily and it makes using the iRestore so convenient. I have a small head and when I called customer service they sent me larger pads to place inside the helmet for a better fit. No hassle at all. Also, the iRestore team is supportive and reaches out to me weekly and asks how I’m doing. I’m glad they prepared me to expect more hair loss initially which is exactly what occurred. I’m losing less and I feel new growth coming in.

Great company and great product
Comfortable and easy to operate. Both my brother and I use the helmet and as my head is small the company sent me a set of pads for inside the helmet that interchange so we are both comfortable in the helmet. We are both looking forward to seeing a difference in our hair growth. As a hairdresser some of my clients use red light on their hair growth journeys and I see their growth.

Easy and convenient
This device is very easy to use and comfortable when wearing. The rechargeable battery pack is so convenient, I don’t have to sit still while I am using it. I’ve only been using the helmet for 3 weeks so I really don’t know what kind of results I will get, but I am optimistic.

Really works!
I am so happy with this product! I have tried everything for years and nothing has worked but I can tell this is working because there's hardly any hair loss when I get into the shower and I can see the little baby hairs growing! Awesome product! I recommend buying this product!

Very Expensive for something which runs rather hot, looks dorky and might not work at all.
Since hair can fall out if the heat is too hot... kind of makes you wonder why they didn't build a small rotary fan that is designed to be built right into the helmet. There are slits on the top as if the heat might go out that way; but they are just teeny slits; which basically do nothing to actually vent any heat. How hot does it get after 25 minutes? Afterwards it is definitely 'warm'. It is so warm, I would probably recommend that one do it in three incremental tries instead of one 25 minute session. You can do that by holding down the ON/OFF for about 5 seconds and it will cancel the 25 minute session. Three 8 minute sessions would, most-likely, be healthier for your hair than one 25 minute heat session. ... Dorkiness scale. I went cross-country by bicycle. And, on my second trip I wore a nice not-dorky-looking helmet all the way. Why did they have to make this thing sit on your head as if it were a big wienie beanie? Did they even think about what it would look like on your head before they finalized the design into plastic? ... Comfort. At first, I found the gray, springy, puff-like things to press on my forehead in an annoying way; but as I used it... now it doesn't seem as bad as it did at the beginning. Does it work? There is the main question and I have only used it a week, so far; so can't tell you anything about that aspect of it. However, from a video I saw on YouTube, the guy used it, faithfully, every-other day, for 6 months. He took day-by-day shots of his head as it progressed. Shaved his head, even. After 6 months? No appreciable change. So. The question has to be asked is this just a high-priced rich person's scam? I will be using it, every day, and will do exactly as they say. In fact, I figure; if it works every other day - why not every day. So far I have been using it the full 25 minute session; but because of the problem with it feeling hot afterwards? I will probably change to doing it in three sessions of 8 minutes, instead. My life has proven that I stick to things even though they might be a hard day-by-day thing to do; so there will be no question that I won't do it. However, will it actually do anything? ... So, consider before you buy this helmet. Research YouTube videos. I chose this one because it, not-only, had 82 laser diodes but also had another 200 Laser LED diodes. The Pro version of the Theradome has 80 laser diodes and no LED diodes.

Pending - too early for final verdict
I’ve been using the iRestore Professional helmet for about two months, every other day. I’m in my early 40s and dealing with hair loss likely caused by severe anemia (I recently had an iron infusion), along with possible female pattern thinning. Since anemia-related hair loss takes time to reverse, I’m using the helmet together with iRestore’s hair-strengthening supplements. It’s still early, so this is a “so far” review. The helmet itself is easy to use, but it initially felt too tight. I have a very sensitive scalp, and to their credit, customer support immediately sent smaller padding for free, which helped a lot. During use, I feel mild tingling and itching—nothing painful or alarming. I did use it once or twice with wet hair before realizing that might not be recommended. I would personally prefer a very clear, simple list of do’s and don’ts. It may exist, but if so, it’s easy to miss. In terms of results, my hair shedding seems to have slowed down by about 50%. It’s still shedding, but noticeably less. One week when I was sick and didn’t use the helmet, I experienced a big shed at the end of the week, which makes me slightly concerned about dependency—but I’m watching that over time. My hair does look fuller overall, likely because I’m losing less. One thing I’m monitoring closely: I noticed a sudden increase in white hairs on the top of my head after starting. That could be age-related, but the timing and location make me cautious. I’m not jumping to conclusions yet. I haven’t started their topical hair products yet because I prefer not to change everything at once. For now, I’m using highly rated caffeine-based and natural stimulant shampoos and washing every other day. My husband tried the helmet briefly and felt like he was shedding more, but I don’t think he gave it enough time to judge. Overall, I like the company’s responsiveness, and while the emails are automated, I actually appreciate the ongoing contact because it makes it easier to ask questions. I’m giving this 4 stars for now and plan to update once I’ve used it longer and added the rest of the system.
