Using for 2 years. Easy to chew or swallow. This last batch had less coating on it so it stuck to some pills but not bad. Not allergic to these, no soy or pork. Taste fine and B12, last testing, had improved a bit.

The ginger is a delightful touch. Other B12 gummies I have tried seem to go rancid. My only issue is that I prefer the cyan over the methyl, but not enough to quit this product.
