5pcs TIP36C 36C High-Power PNP Transistors 25A,TO-247.

Bought to replace on a DataEast/Sega pinball machine. All 5 fail testing.

Should have been exact replacement for power transistors on flipper control board in a data east pinball machine. Have been fighting immediate shorting of these transistors upon powering up. Replacing original which is from 1993. Luckily one of the 2 originals was still good. This board has 2 identical circuits too power flippers. No matter which circuit I use these in they short immediately, but can place original in either and it still works. More than just a little frustrating have been working on this pin for over a month trying to find something else wrong assuming these were new parts. May be new but are no good. I had been warned.

I bought these for use in a pinball machine. Short high amperage spikes when coils are fired. These parts should have worked based on the specs. Most of them failed almost immediately, ALL of them failed within days. If I could get my money back, I would.

These did not last - they failed in my pinball machine in a few months, and the unused ones are all bad without being installed.

I like this regulator cause it works well on my cb radio
