Is the black screen opaque? Can it be placed in front of a window and block the light?

Dear Valued Customer, The black screen is designed to be opaque, and under normal circumstances, it significantly reduces light transmission. However, its ability to completely block light can indeed depend on the intensity of the light source. For typical indoor lighting conditions, the black screen should effectively block most, if not all, light. However, for extremely bright light sources, such as direct sunlight or high-intensity spotlights, some light may still penetrate the screen. If you are planning to use the screen in such intense lighting conditions, we recommend adding additional layers of light control, such as curtains or blinds, for optimal results. We hope this provides the information you need. Should you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. Best Regards, Customer Support, RAUBAY

3 year protection plan? What exactly is covered under the plan? The way it reads it’s for a camera or something electric with a glass screen.

Dear customer, the 3 year protection plan is Amazon's plan, and RAUBAY has a one-year warranty for this Collapsible Green Screen.

Hello! Are we able to switch out and replace the panel? If I were to buy a different color panel can it be switched out?

Dear customer, This product does not support changing backdrops currently.

Can the case be stored standing on end when closed?

Dear customer, we recommend horizontal storage. Standing storage may tip over and hit someone or objects.
