Rhode Island Novelty 8.5 Inch Mini Pump Air Horn, One per Order

I bought this to get my teen daughter out of bed and it works! Loud and does not need any refills like air horns. One blast of this and she is annoyed but has learned to get up with less hassle because I will not stop until her feet are on the floor and bum off of the bed! Lol #momwin

Garbage! Absolutely garbage!! My dog farts louder than this thing.. This thing is defiantly an Air horn in the sense that it blasts a short burst of air out of it.. but other that a wosh of air flowing out of it. Nothing happens, maybe i can repurpose this as a piece of wasted money..

I wasn't sure what to expect after reading the other reviews, as there always those who demand thirty dollar quality from a five dollar item. Yes, it is not built like a Sherman Tank, and thank goodness for that, but it sure does belt out quite a blast. One need only be a little conscious of it's weakest link, that being the joint between horn and can. I'm using it to scare coyotes when they get too close to me when I'm out in the desert stargazing. No, really. That's true. And it's already done the job twice. Nice, too, that it works on air.

This thing squeaks like a dog toy! I bought it for my sister as a gag gift for her birthday. To help her summon help while she’s laid up from surgery. Luckily I sent bells too. Because this does NOT work! She tried everything!

I bought this for my three year old niece. The horn looked and sounded fine, but wasn't very functional for a child. There is a reasonably strong spring in it that pushes out the handle that needs to over come along with generating enough pressure to get the full effect. Other kids ranging up to about 10 also had problems operation the device with any consistency. It also has some kind of locking mechanism that keeps the handle in (spring loaded) after every use that the kids had problems with. I construction of the air horn looked fine for adults but wan't going to last wrong with frustrated kids. When it did work the kids loved it and got big grins from the birthday girl. For the price everything was fine but I was disappointed that it made a terrible kids gift. As people continue to invite me to children parties I will continue to buy loudest, messiest, disruptive, and educational gifts I can find. Unfortunately, This air horn will not make a repeat.

I was hoping for single-handed operation, but this is not the case. It’s not so convenient for operation, but functions as described. Volume is good.

Save your money, this isn't worth it. It doesn't sound anything like an airhorn, it sound more like an 18-wheeler's tires screeching and slamming on the brake. It is definitely loud though. Pay the few extra bucks for a good airhorn

This is a great little horn. It's loud enough to be heard across the field I play at. My only issue is that it is a bit brittle, and easy to break. But what can you expect for just a few bucks?

it is super mini, and very cheaply made, not worth the money.

Bad product. Does this annoying whistle that is as far from a horn as can be. Total trash.

It turns out this product produces no more than a loud high pitch squeal. It's not even worth pushing the plunger.
