Pls don't buy this halim seeds. After soaking this seed very bad smell coming from this. It's mixed with mustard seeds and low quality or old seeds too. We buy this seed to improve our health but this type of seeds didn't give us any improvement in our health. Don't fall for the name organics. Totally waste of money.
