Great travel bag with plenty of room
I had a soft travel bag for years, but decided to upgrade my bag ahead of a golf trip. This was the easiest thing to use with plenty of space to throw my golf shoes and a few boxes of balls in. The durable case was very lightweight and while it shows some scuff marks because baggage handlers seem to throw bags into and out of cargo holds, all my clubs came through unscathed. When you're riding with multiple golf bags like this, they do very well in SUVs without taking up a ton of room. They're very easy to push/pull on 2 or 4 wheels through airports. 10/10 would recommend.

Spinner Wheel Broke
Taking the golf case on my first trip, the spinner wheel comes off as I'm loading it into the car on the way to the airport. I tried to reattach it but it comes off again at the airport. Extremely disappointed. Can't seem to find a way to fix it. I bought two cases (one for my spouse) and I love it. Although I feel it's just a matter of time that a wheel will break off (hope not). Update: I was able to get a hold of Athalon Sportgear who is licensed from Samsonite. Customer service was awesome. Offered a replacement ASAP and apologized for my inconvenience. Thank you Athalon Sportgear for such a great customer service experience. Samsonite had given me the wrong contact information for the warranty. Please note that if you have any issues with this product, contact Athalon not Samsonite.

Great choice for golf club protection and travel!
This is a nice, lightweight travel golf bag, and in fact it's the second one we've purchased for our household. Overall, we've been very happy with our first one, which has held up well for several years without any issues. Unfortunately, the interior securing strap on this new bag broke after its very first use. It appeared that the strap may not have been properly stitched into the liner during manufacturing, so I believe this was a workmanship defect rather than normal wear and tear. My biggest disappointment was the warranty experience. After owning the bag for only a month and using it once, Samsonite would not replace it. Instead, I was required to drive nearly an hour to a Samsonite store and pay $20 to ship it in for repair. whih took several weeks. That level of customer service was not what I expected from a piece of luggage costing over $200 with a defect. I'm hopeful this was simply an isolated manufacturing issue, as our other identical bag has been excellent. I would still recommend the product based on our overall experience, but I do think Samsonite could improve how they handle warranty claims for obvious defects on brand-new products.

Sturdy
One of the wheels snapped off yesterday, in a way that seems difficult if not impossible to repair or replace. It served me well for a year & a half, ~8 flights & 20 events getting tossed, dragged, & shuffled around. A year & a half doesn't sound like long but it is quite long for what I put it through. This was worth the $200 I paid for it at the time. Zipper never broke, the casing never so much as cracked. My only complaint is that one of the wheels got hair or string wrapped around it not long after buying it, & no matter how hard I tried I couldn't get it free, which made it very difficult at times to move it.

Wheel Broke First Flight
Short story: use wheels to get to baggage check, then remove before handing over to your airline and the bag will be fine. A little pain to save headaches later... Long story: Flew to AZ, direct flight, made it fine. Wheels worked great at resort/parking lots/airport train/etc. The wheel broke on the return trip from AZ while in the possession of Delta. I had a connecting flight on the way home, so I do not know when it happened. I removed the wheel with a screwdriver easily, the part number is stamped on inside of the plastic housing, however, I cannot find the respective part online for purchase. It is a decent case, with a poor/fragile wheel design. I acknowledged this before flying and thought about bringing a small screwdriver to remove the wheels just before handing it over to checked baggage, but figured I'd chance it which ended up being a poor decision on my part. Buy the one with the wheels up inside the housing and you might be better off, but in other reviews, I saw one crushed which broke the case, so...? Now I'm reaching out to Samsonite in an effort to get a replacement part which is not worth my time. Hours spent for a $5 part... what a waste!

Buy the Samsonite Hard Case!
Easy to pack a very full golf bag into this hard case. Also fit two pairs of golf shoes. Two straps are very helpful to keep the bag securely in place. I still used a crush bar and put the rain cover on. We own six Samsonite suitcases so we are fans of their durability and simple style. The four wheels are a game changer. You can very easily navigate the case through the airport and to wherever you are staying. The ability to maneuver the case standing up is huge! You aren’t bearing the weight such as with a two wheel bag where you often have to switch hands due to the weight. The famous Samsonite durability leaves me with peace of mind with baggage handlers as well. Huge fan!

Good case to protect those precious golf clubs
Lightweight. Has lots of room for clubs and accessories (but check with your airline weight limit that you don’t overpack and are overweight). Seemed to survive its first few flights. Barely conforms to some airlines’ size restrictions, however.

Survived
This travel case did the job with ease. Fits my clubs plus some extras and has survived a couple flights with only a couple scratches and clubs arrived all in one piece. Would recommend this for your golf clubs.
