Hello! It doesn't teach evolution. It is based on positive psychology and growth mindset.

Of the images of people in the journal, roughly what percent are white? What percent are black?

I flipped through 69 images, of those images it looked as if 2/3 were Caucasian and 1/3 were people of color. This is too bad as although my granddaughters are Caucasian I would preferred a more balanced representation.

is this book intended for younger teens (hence the tween references). I have 15 and 17 Y.O. And am debating if this is too "young" for them?
