What country does this product come from?

America is the country that this product is made. All the ingredients are from and made in the USA.

Does this help with cuticles? I've used so many cuticle products but they're still dry and cracked despite multiple applications.

It does. I love Miracle of Aloe products

How does this compare to their other product called aloe all over. Does anyone know?? Thanks!

Did you know that skin is considered an organ? Unlike other organs that are specifically tasked to deal with a certain bodily need, skin is subject to varied conditions depending on where it is on our bodies. Miracle Hand Repair is specially formulated for thicker, rougher hand skin. As you know, we use our hands often, exposing them to harsh conditions as a matter of course. Everything from gardening to washing cars, carpentry to climbing ladders, kneading dough to lifting heavy objects, puts more stress on hand skin than the skin covering other parts of your body. Miracle Hand Repair with 60% aloe vera gel cream is both thicker than Aloe All Over lotion and contains ingredients that are targeted to deal with the rough treatment our hands experience every day of our lives. You could use Miracle Hand Repair "all over" your body instead of Aloe All Over, but it would be overkill unless you routinely pamper all of your skin. The simple fact is that by the time you need our Miracle Hand Repair, you're way beyond the "pamper" stage with your hand skin. Hope this helps!
