I have only seen them in a 6oz or12oz package.

are these roasted with oil, and if so what kind of oil?

The bag doesn't mention roasted anywhere on it but the Amazon title says it, however their bags usually say "roasted" on the front when they are.. I can't tell, I don't think I've ever tried roasted pistachios. Ingredients only mention peanuts & sea salt. No mention of roasting or oil on the bag, anywhere.

Are these raw or roasted?

The back of the package refers to their roasted flavor so I’m pretty sure they are roasted. I’m not sure I’ve ever had a non-roasted pistachio.
