How does this compare to Prime Fitness?

I have never tried the actual prime fitness handles. What I can say is that these handles are great for the price. I have wrist issues from lifting for so many years these handles keep my wrist stable. It definitely is a game changer. I also purchased the long bar with the handles and all I can say is wow. I’m hitting muscle fibers that I couldn’t with the traditional gym lat pulldown bar. For the price it’s worth trying. Hope this helps!

Any buyers (users...) have remarks about handles hitting /pressing against outer forearms while doing the cable chest press crossovers?

They do hit the forearms, positioning is key but tough to avoid

do the handles rotate?

Yes. The paddle handle can rotate. Please check our video. Tks.

Do these have the same functionality of the RT-08?

Yes. For the paddle handle， they are the same functionality.

Great for various workouts on cable machine

I use this for lat pull downs (see picture), rows and hamstrings on my cable machine. It allows me to utilize the weights of both stacks. It's a good piece of equipment!

Great to have for variety.

I like using this with two single grip handles. I don't have a function trainer, but do have a regular lat station. This really changes up my options and gives me a different feel. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome

Works amazingly well. One of my most favourite attachments I’ve ever used/owned. Maybe not the most beautiful/aesthetic welds but I don’t care about aesthetics - all that matters to me is if it holds up and works for what I bought it for and it absolutely does. Definitely will be buying another for keepsake. Let the gains begin
