Può essere usato sia caldo che freddo ed è molto efficace per dolori muscolari, contusioni o emicranie. La custodia protettiva è comoda e permette di applicarlo senza fastidio diretto sulla pelle. Si scalda e si raffredda velocemente, resta alla giusta temperatura per un buon tempo ed è resistente anche dopo tanti utilizzi. Exactly as described and seems to be very good quality. I heat it up in the microwave 15 to 30 seconds at a time until it reaches a temperature that I like. Being careful not to overheat it. With the product positioned between my lower back and a chair or bed, it retains the warmth for quite a while. Very therapeutic.
