Capezio Women's Chiffon Wrap Ballet Skirt

I got these for my 8-year old daughter because children's sizes not available. They work fine, so it was a kind of calculated risk, but the ties are very long, so that is the biggest drawback (look a pun!), but they can be cut, so overall fine.

It works but it is small. I ordered the M/L and based on reviews I was expecting it to be a little short and it is. I still wear it but it barely covers my backside. I am 5'7" and 130 pounds and although not huge, I do have butt AND hips. If you're worried about your butt showing a little, don't get this. I would say this would work for slender females or younger girls. Also, unless you are 4 years old, order the M/L no matter what.

Bought for my 11 year old to wear to ballet. It is pretty and she likes it, helps her feel a bit more modest/covered at class. The chiffon is a bit slippery so you have to wrap and secure it tightly or it will shift out of place or become untied.

Beautiful ballet skirt - I'm looking forward to wearing this to my next class. I'm 5'3", 115 lbs, I got the M/L size and it is plenty long -- covers my front and behind and then some (any longer would be too long).

We used this skirt in a group figure skating number and had to order a variety of sizes. The skirts were all big enough to wrap around the waist, but they tended to be a little short. I originally ordered a size p/s which would have fit fine around the waist, but it was way too short for my 5'3" daughter. Even the Medium/Large size was barely long enough.

I needed another ballet skirt because I like being able to keep my butt covered. At 5'2 and 110lb, it fit perfectly around the waist but only just covered my butt. It's a great skirt and I am still going to use it, but next time I think I'm go to stick to the Mirella skirts.

Great wrap skirt. I'm 5'4" and 125. I wear a small in regular clothes and in dance wear I wear a medium/large (depending on the brand). I ordered M/L and it fit perfectly. It's slightly longer in the back so it covers my rear. Quality is good. Only complaint is that you have to cut out the long tag since it isn't sewn in with a separate thread.

Too short for a skirt to be used at a children recital. We bought it because it was the only one in red we found that was not too expensive (it's for a dance recital after all). But it looks too short for a girl...
