I found these through a physio I met in Phoenix after I almost passed out from a near heatstroke. These are the right combination of salts to bring you right back to life. Dissolve great in cold water -- the saltiness takes a bit of getting used to if you are used to sweetened mixes... I add some lime juice to the lime flavors to kick them up a notch and make a banana smoothie with the pina colada for my end of ride cool down. Try all the flavors and find the ones you like the best and then switch over to the single flavor packs. This is great way to taste the full range. Electrolytes, not water are what keeps you from bonking. And the right ones are in these little pouches.

I’ve been trying the REDMOND Re-Lyte Hydration Electrolyte Powder Drink Mix Variety (7 Stick Packs) for a few days now, and I’m really impressed. The variety pack is perfect—I can switch flavors depending on my mood, and none of them taste artificial or overly sweet. These single-serve stick packs are extremely convenient for on-the-go hydration, whether I’m at work, traveling, or after a workout. I’ve noticed I feel more energized and less sluggish after using them, which tells me the electrolytes are actually making a difference. I also appreciate that it’s easy to mix, doesn’t leave a weird residue, and isn’t loaded with unnecessary sugar or additives. Wow yum! Flavors are delicious and they have wonderful ingredients. Don't sleep on these. They are more fit nutritionally for regular fitness, regular hydration than the overly salty ones and these are salty still. Check the magnesium its a good one! And real salt! I love that their flavors TASTE LIKE THE FLAVOR. Please make way more flavors. Pineapple for adults Grape for adults Cherry White peach A citrus combo instead of lemon lime (boring) A reg lemonade Acai or pomegranate Idk make every flavor lol so good

Wish it had chocolate instead of unflavored. But i really like these. It has a good balance of sodium and potassium. While I feel like LMNT has alot of sodium and not enough potassium, and Dr Bergs electrolytes have enough potassium but not quite enough sodium. This has a good balance of electrolytes and flavor.

Honestly, many of the flavors taste pretty good. I was surprised I even liked mixed berry quite a bit. The only real downside is this does not dissolve easily at all. I even tried using a milk frother because stirring wasn’t working. There are just some granules that won’t dissolve, so I just down them all at the end! Also, because they all likely use the same base salt mixture, this is true for all flavors. Overall it’s well worth trying the sampler to see what you like. A lot of sampler packs have a ton of dud flavors but this one impressed me. A lot of salts of the key three most people need. Lots of sodium so it’s a good mix for POTS. The only thing a bit lacking is probably the magnesium. Sodium: 810 mg Chloride: 1280 mg Potassium: 400 mg Magnesium: 50 mg Like someone else said though, the unflavored one is super nasty. It’s like drinking baking soda in water.

I have only used the LMNT electrolyte brand so am comparing the two. These taste good, take a little time to dissolve and have more potassium than the LMNT brand. Not sure why the flavored and unflavored have slightly different amounts of sodium, potassium and magnesium. They seem sweeter than LMNT, maybe due to more stevia or coconut water. In any case, I will buy this product again.

I’ve tried 3 flavors and like the watermelon. One tasted like pure salt. Pina colada is ok. I think they are effective although I’m no expert. What I do know and why I give it 3 stars is they are extremely overpriced imo. The packets are tiny and cost almost $2 each. For salt with some flavor?

I was recommended this brand of electrolyte powder but as I had not tried it I wasn't sure what flavor to pick. I also liked the idea of the individual packets for convenience. It met all my expectations and I ended up liking most of the flavors. Would recommend if you want to try this brand.

Nice way to get different flavors

Bought these to try as an alternative to drinking Gatorade Zero for an electrolyte boost. Definitely pricy for just a few single serve packs but wanted to try them all out. Personally loved the strawberry lemonade best. Keep in mind though they definitely are salty (as advertised). I don’t think I like it enough to buy a big container personally. My husband absolutely hated this stuff. I saw a few reviews on here saying that it doesn’t dissolve in water. I used my handheld milk frothing tool to blend the packet contents in a small amount of water first and it completely dissolved. Then I added the rest of my water to dilute. Worked great, zero clumps.

Great quality at a good price. Very comparable to LMNT, however it doesn’t quite dissolve as well.

Takes the mundane out of water. Will definitely continue to buy.
