I originally gave this 1 star because the app wasn't available for our Fire 10 tablet- I thought we had a 2019 tablet, but it was a 2018 model. So user error on my part- but seems like another way to sell electronics when our current inventory of 4 Fire tablets aren't obsolete models- (oh no, I sound like my mother "a little duct tape and tin foil and it's good as new)." Moving on, an overnight Prime delivery for a 2021 Fire 10 tablet (another $160) and we were off to the races! Our 6yo is working thru the lessons (I'm almost nervous the intro lessons are too easy, but great refreshers for school starting in 7 weeks. This seems like a great learning system as long as you own or purchase a compatible (aka NEW) tablet. All in all, both the tablet and BYJUS learning system are cheaper investments than monthly Kumon classes as $110/month. We paid full price and this is my honest, unsponsered review.

Never have a written a bad review but I am desperate to get some customer service for this product. I have bought three grade level kits over the past 2 years and for the most part enjoy the product. A week ago I noticed the app wouldn't upload as usual. Per the company's webpage trouble shooting FAQ I removed the app from my Fire Tablet and tried re-installing with no luck. When that didn't work I tried filling out their online question form but each time I pressed "submit" it said it was not able to send. I tried emailing their customer service department (twice) with no response. I have left Instagram messages, reached out to the seller on Amazon and even wrote Osmos which is another learning app owned by the same company my kids use as well. I am desperate for someone to respond and help me. I'm sure it won't be a hard fix but extremely disappointed with the lack of communication.

I Love this because it helps support my granddaughter learning in Pre-K. She is 4 and getting the phonics controlling the pencil and crayon to write and color is reiterated in the portal. Her letters, numbers and recognition of of day to day items correct colors have been key. Each book advance her to the next level of learning plus the books can be used for the 2nd granddaughter as well because the markers and crayons are erasable. Yeah! Great Learning Tool and investment 👍 👌 👏

This is amazing, I got most of these for less than the shipping would have cost me. The only expensive ones were prek and k. I bought 3 of all levels available. Then I turned my co workers onto it. They are all amazed.

I have a compatible tablet, multiple actually. App only works sideways which is opposite of camera. The "workbook" icon did nothing but launch a "for grownups only" link which took me to an "upsell" website. I redeemed my activation code for Kindergarten and set up child profile for K. And the workbook icon continued to do nothing but send me to the upsell website. Doesnt work. Returning this and all 3 other grades I purchased for my children. I tried 3 other reflectors, 2 bases adjusting the location of the tablet and workbook, allowed all permissions, ensured my camera was working and forward facing, tried 3 separate "compatible" tablets, I did everything I possibly could and it just does not work. Waste of money and time.

One of the best thing we got for our kindergarten son. Work books are so easy that my 4 year old doing on his own. Very informative and friendly design.

I love the the innovative idea of combining fun with education. Keep it up.

I have the initial osmos kit. So now have two holders. Which I could've saved my money if i wouldve known. . Also these books are paper So im kinda bummed meaning once ur kid gets ahold of them they are not reusable. For the next kid! 200 is alot for one time use workbooks
