I understand that this product is intended as a placebo. my husband took it while we were addressing a mold exposure issue. Once he was out of the moldy environment and taking Zeebo, he gradually felt better. whether the capsules themselves had any direct effect isn't really the point-- they seemed to reduce his anxiety about his symptoms and may have kept him form taking unnecessary medications. for us that made it worthwhile.

I use these as a placebo for my loved one with dementia who still feels like they need control over their aspirin taking. They were forgetting how many they took and were doing damage to their body so I give them the real aspirin and put these in a real brand aspirin bottle so she cant overdose on them.

These are placebo pills to kind of enhance my dad that he doesn’t need one of his pills that he’s been told by his doctor that he doesn’t really need so we’re trying to place a pill to see if it works for him and I’m hoping his doctor helps him. There’s actually no taste in it. There’s no duration money is cheap easy with a glass of water consistency no problems with anything so let’s just see if it helps if it help

These served the purpose we purchased them for, although could have been cheaper!

I went looking for a "sugar pill" or placebo to give my adult son with disabilities when he keeps complaining he has a headache waking up. Sometimes he does have a headache and we can treat that in several ways. When we can tell he doesn't have a headache but is trying to use an excuse to stay in bed, I can offer him "a medicine" to help. Would he like an Imagine pill? If he says yes, he gets a pill that will not do him any harm and he may suddenly feel well enough to get up after all. The bottle makes it look like a regular OTC or prescription medication. I told his doctor about this and he was happy to learn it existed. He thinks it is a good idea for this type of use.

Placebo is probably the #1 most studied "medication" in all of scientific research. Placebo does work, and it can work quite effectively at times (though should *never* be used in place of life saving medication). Is it nothing? Yes. So are all homeopathic medicines too (seriously, read their labels, do the math--if homeopathic medications are as diluted as they claim to be, then there literally would not be a single atom of the original "ingredient"). The difference is that Zeebo is not pretending. They don't lie. They don't make false health claims. They are legitimately a placebo, and honest about being placebo.

Works like a placebo should.
