Q: Can you adjust/customize sleeve length to 23.5" ?

I took the blazer to my tailor to have the sleeves shortened

Q: My naked body measurements in inches are chest = 42 1/2, waist = 43, shoulder =19 & sleeve = 25 inches. can you make this brown 5b leather?

6', 230 lbs, pants typically 40 x 30, shirts typically 2X, sometimes 3X. I bought this jacket in a 3X which is a great fit although I had to have the sleeves hemmed back about 1 inch.

Q: My chest is 41 and i wear a 42 longsuit coat what size should i order

The JILD size cart said I should wear an EXL but I was on the top side of the chest chart so I ordered a 2X and it was a perfect fit. That's the best I can tell you. Good luck.

Shoulder to shoulder 19 inches. Length around 30 inches.
