Does this cover inhibit the use of the tissue holder on the underside of the armrest?

It does not interfere at all with the tissue box holder under the lid of the armrest.

Can u give me the size and dimensions?

This has to be the best fitting cover for the 5th Gen 4RUNNER that I have purchased. If your try to see if it can fit a different vehicle then I can’t help you on that.

whats PU leather means

When shopping for leather products, it can be hard to determine the differences between real leather and artificial leather. Some people may be looking for genuine leather, while others may want to take the cheaper route and choose an artificial leather. PU leather is a common option for artificial leather.
