Sorry Customer Service

Customer Service Will not reply to questions placed through Amazon ! I have sent a request to obtain how to get a replacement battery for this scooter 3 times & have not gotten any reply! I bought my scooter 21/2 years ago. I don’t use it very often. Maybe twice a month if that. Now I can’t use it at all because the battery won’t hold a charge! Don’t buy from this company!
