this type of knife was something i’ve wanted for years, but could not justify spending $80-$100 on a single knife. this knife was an incredible value, the quality of the craftsmanship shows in the blade and in the handle, makes my vintage Henckel knives look cheap, the blade is thick and durable, and cuts through raw meat like butter. the grip makes it easy to use, and its sharpness allows me to cut thin slices accurately.

Cuts meat like butter.Not sure why we waited as long as we did to get a good meat knife like this.Have used it with brisket, tri-tip and turkey and you get nice clean, even cuts instead of hacking the meat to pieces like we tended to do before with inferior knives.

On the carnivore diet and needed a good blade to cut through primals easier. This blade cuts through it like butter!

This is an EXCELLENT slicing knife, makes everything seem like soft butter! The size is great for large cuts of meat, i.e. brisket, large turkeys, ribs, etc. It is even a good choice for slicing sheet cake. It comes with a protective sleeve that’s great for storage and has a clean design and nice even weight.
