It has everything I was looking for.
This is a really nice laptop at a great price and I am very glad that I purchased it. It is fast and ready to go. I have never had a laptop or computer that I like as much as I like this one. Other computers that I have tried or owned have been slow and freeze up all the time...not this one. I am very satisfied with my new Lenovo laptop and I highly recommend it.

Good laptop but beware!!
I purchased this laptop in May 2026 from a third-party seller. The laptop has all the features listed in the description and it works after it executed multiple updates when I first began to use it. What was not disclosed however is that it was manufactured in 2021. Once set up and I clicked the Lenovo Vantage app I saw that the warranty had expired 4 years prior. I called Lenovo customer service and was told that they would not give me a one-year warranty though it was brand new in the original packaging when I received it. Not sellers fault, but they should disclose that you are buying a laptop manufactured in 2021 that has an expired warranty. If not for the issues described I would have given 5 stars.

Great laptop
I bought one for my husband and was very impressed with the quality. I bought two more for teen grandkids. Although it isn't advertised as a gaming computer, my grandkids have been able to play all of their steam games using this laptop. It has a fast processor, more than enough RAM and the graphics are amazing. Highly recommend.

I think I hate this computer. LOL
I think I hate this computer! LOL The one I bought came in S mode and the battery dropped like a rock. I decided to send it back but S mode blocked every attempt to factory reset and any attempt to shut S mode off. Everything errored out or sent me into a loop. I had to create a dummy account and delete my personal account and send it back that way. Maybe it was a one off but I can't get myself to try a Lenovo again or order anything with S mode on it.

Plenty of horsepower & fast.
Good laptop. The right amount of plugins for connectivity. Lots of storage. Small and light. Using it now. Would buy it again.

Never buy this laptop.
We bought this laptop on Mar 9, 2022 from Amazon, and we are facing hardware issues from July 9,2022. At the moment laptop is in India. Issues: There are big four circus on touch screen and mousepad or wireless mouse are not working. Amazon is telling we can't support and they have given us Lenovo UAE call centre number. When we checked with UAE call center they are telling this laptop is from USA. So, we can't fix here in UAE or India. It was advised by Lenovo UAE to contact Lenovo USA. Since this is hardware issues and purchased was in UAE I believe that Lenovo UAE must fix this issues in UAE only. For AED 2,279.40 it is not possible to travel from UAE to USA and fix this. I would not recommend to buy from Amazon.
