It saved me from having to spend ยฃ400 on a screen that only plays USB files; with this, you get a monitor plus USBโthere you go, a screen display ๐ Itโs a really high-quality and lovely product, and the remote works really well

Basic device with limited options
None of the display cycling options work with images. Even the random and pause options have no effect. Images will always display sequentially then loop back to the start of the folder. It is just about possible to control the display manually, but only by selecting a display time of 0 seconds. The manual is no use.

Absolute rubbish - Didn't work
Item arrived, unpacked and wired up, red light came on for standby but device failed to switch on with either remote or button on device. Didn't even get the chance to test it properly. Buy something else, don't bother with this device

Great Little Box of Tricks
Very impressed with this little media player. Would recommend using HDMI cable (not included) Simple to use and will play most formats for the casual viewer. So far used for mkv and mp4 files and has loaded/played each one without difficulty from a USB drive

Good for most, no shuffle for photos though
Plays video and music well but the random function for photos doesn't work

Great while it works but only works intermittently
Set up is easy and straightforward, the item is small and compact. I've only used it about 6 times. It worked half of those times :( No idea why but it's very temperamental. Half the time I keep getting an error message saying "Out of range" which is obviously a glitch or gremlin. Another time it will come on OK. It works nicely when it does start up. Would I buy it again? No! Would I recommend it? No! You get what you pay for I suppose. It was cheap and cheerful and I can't be bothered to package it up and send it back to try another one. Buy at your own peril :)
