Al tiempo de tomarlo se nota la mejoría en las articulaciones. Aun teniendo desgarro en las articulaciones. No cura, no es tratamiento pero mejora en mi opinion tus malestares. No afecta el sabor de tus bebidas. A mi particularmente me gusta mas usarlo en bebidas frías especialmente la leche. Lo volví a comprar.
