Q: Will this come with any hardware for installment?

i got mine with material and some round rubberized strips to secure it - no other hardware

Q: What is the exact width of this product? Desription says 12.5'. Is that 12' 6"? I bought a different color and it was 12'9". 4" too long.

They are back wards it is accually 12.5 wide

Q: Is the ivory color more yellow or beige? I'm trying to decide between ivory or sand.

It is truly ivory/cream in color. The color in the picture is a bit darker than the actual color.
