These sleeping pills work wonders for me! They help me fall asleep and stay asleep throughout the night. Great value, easy to take , and they've become my go -to whenever I have an occasional restless night. I highly recommend this product! Also I don't feel groggy in the morning, I feel great! Great product, problem is that your body becomes accustomed to it very quickly and you need to "up" the dose. We use this and have for years here and there, but usually in the 50mg strength which is 2 of these. So if you take 2 of these 25mg pills, after 3 nights it will no longer work as effectivly as it did on the 1st 2 nights. And if you take more than 3 at a time, you run the risk of having jittery/restless legs all night which if anyone knows is not fun. Great to use, but not every night.

I was in desperate need of something to help me sleep. Due to a lot of loss and sudden stress, sleep has been broken or nonexistent. I bought these out of desperation and have been really pleased with the results. The price is good, the pills are small and easy to swallow, and 80% of the time they put me right to sleep. Once taking, I will also stay asleep all night. For someone who hasn't been able to find anything else that does the same thing, except for a rx, I'm very pleased with the results.

I like the size and how quickly the gel caps work. The 25 mg is the standard drugstore size typical Benadryl. I buy these and also the 50 mg size in gel caps. Usually I take the 50 mg about an hour before bedtime sometimes I’ll wake up at midnight or 1 o’clock in the morning and I can take one of these if I still have 5-6 hours left and need to sleep. These do work and they’ve kept me from having to use something more prescriptive or heavier. On top of that they keep me from getting regular allergic reaction reactions during the day to things like mosquitoes. I still get bitten, but I don’t get itchy bites anymore. I also don’t get lactose intolerance reactions. If I’ve taken one of these the night prior it does seem to stay in your system even when you’re not sleepy anymore in general, they seem to help with all kinds of allergies and I sleep really well I’ve recommended them to friends also I’ve purchased these at least three times and I’ve been taking them for a few years now. Good product low price work well.

I like this sleeping aid mini pill for the couple of nights during the week when I'm wired and need a good night's sleep. The Diphenhydramine 25 mg softgel is equivalent to half the strength of the "PM" component found in Advil PM (Advil: 200mgs/Diphenhydramine 50 mgs). This small pill is 25 mgs. It works well for me and I don't necessarily need the Advil, itself. I'm able to get a good 7-8 hour sleep, so successful with it. Like everything else in life, a balance is best.

It's works ok but still not sleeping well.
