The unit not only supplies saline water in one nose but also removes the saline from within the nasal cavity to fully rinse the sinus area. The nose piece can be rotated in an effort to reverse the flow of saline water. I heat distilled water for 30 seconds in the microwave prior to adding the solution to the supplied saline cartridge. I am always amazed at how much garbage is taken away from the process. I get nice relief for the start of my day. I also use the unit at the end of the day which provides me with nighttime relief so that I can sleep. I think that this is an awesome product and is superior to the other units which only allows for saline to be inserted in only one nostril without the ability to remove the saline. I find it easy to use and I am really satisfied with the purchase.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas on the recommendation of our son. My husband has chronic sinus problems so this was the perfect gift for him! What I didn't plan when I order it was that I would have a severe head cold and sinus issues when Christmas rolled around! My husband very graciously allowed me to use the Navage before he even tried it! I was completely blown away by how well it worked! My son had warned us to make sure we read the instructions and follow them exactly, which I did. I had absolutely no problems with using it. It is so much easier than using a Neti Pot! You can even see how much mucus removed from your sinuses (it doesn't look gross so don't worry!!). I have used it every day for the past 4 days and I do think it has helped me endure this awful cold with much less headache pain. I plan to try some of the hacks to save on the salt pods but even if we have to buy the pods, it is well worth the price to be able to breathe through your nose! This was a great buy! Be sure to read the instructions and keep your head and the Navage unit straight when using. Do not bend over as you do with a Neti Pot. I highly recommend!

Best product on the market for sinus issues

Initially I wouldn't buy one for a couple of reasons. Long before Amazon started selling them I considered buying one, but negative reviews regarding customer service and the company refusing to make refunds to customers who didn't like the product discouraged me. Once Amazon started carrying them, I planned to order one, but the direct purchase through Amazon, with the guaranteed free return, disappeared before I made the decision to order. A couple of weeks later, I noticed that I could order direct from Amazon again. I quickly got the order completed. The Navage arrived as scheduled. Fortunately I read the directions carefully and repeatedly. The device is not hard to use, but easy to get it wrong, as well. It worked great for both my wife and myself. One day while I was on e-bay checking on something not available on Amazon, I noticed that the Navage Company sells refurbished devices with everything other than the travel case for only $50.00. I ordered one. It looked and worked just like new. (I think it probably was new. Not a scratch, scuff or any indication of any use at all.) Although we are both very happy with the purchases, the cost of the salt pods was still bothering me. Although we still use the salt pods, there is an easy work-around in multiple U-Tube videos. It seems that the company is trying to force customers to use their salt pods, which make no sense to me, since they would probably sell so many more devices if they were affordable to more people. Another reviewer wrote that his doctor didn't want him to use the device since it is not good to create pressure in the sinus cavities. The doctor's comment to his patient is due to a misunderstanding. The device does NOT create any pressure in the sinus cavities. It works on suction, not pressure. Due to this, it can't force anything into a problem area. Although it doesn't reach all areas of the sinus cavities, due to suction rather than pressure, the areas that it doesn't reach, gradually loosen up with multiple uses and drain and improve with time. My wife and I react differently to the device. If she doesn't keep her tongue pressed into the roof of the mouth, water pours into her mouth. I don't need to keep my tongue against the roof of my mouth. After using the device her nose will drain salt water for a few seconds. My nose may or may not drain more later on during the day. (I keep a paper towel handy in my pocket, just in case.) My wife explained to me that the per capita incidence of Covid-19 is significantly less in Asian countries where the use of a nettie pot is a daily occurrence. She felt that since we are in a business environment that exposes us to Covid-19 numerous times per day, that either using a nettie pot or the Navage would be a great idea. We both prefer the Navage. Also, both devices came with a dozen more salt pods than advertised in the ad.

I just bought this this week.. I have allergies that stuff me up so bad, that I have trouble sleeping at night. I have never used a nasal irrigation system before and I waited 2 days to try it, because I wasn't sure I could use it. I watched lots of utube videos from other users, read all the papers that came with it, and after I actually got up the nerve to use it, it felt weird at first when it created the suction , so that I pulled it away. I waited a few seconds and tried again, and this time, finished going thru the procedure. I have to say, that after being rather clumsy with it the first time due to nervousness, once I actually used it, I love it! I could not believe what came out of my head, and My head feel so clear and open after using it. it definitely moistens the passages, because even after using it, I started tipping my head to either side and blowing my nose as the videos said to do to clear out any remaining solution, and I cleared out even more stuff! I thought of actually using it a 2nd time, but figured as a beginner to stick to the one time.. Anyway, just wanted to say I love this machine and if it helps me to stop living with a bottle of nasal spray in my pocket, using it 3 or 4 times a day, because I have tried every allergy pill on the market and none work, it will be well worth the money I gave.

got this today and I bought the deluxe version with 48 sat pods. I have one similar but it does not have suction and you have to be near a sink. I have suffered with nasal congestion all my life, and I saw this and thought I would give it a shot, as I use nasal decongestants everyday and it was burning the back of my throat. All I can say is wow !, for the first time I can breath normally and it's such a good feeling having a clear nose :). I would buy and buy and buy all over again for this wonderful device. Its already impacted me such a lot for such a simple task. The device is well made, and the stand is wonderful. I think the salt pods are reasonable price considering the effect they have had on me. I like the clear tank as I like to see what its removed, gross I know but to me its important. On the first run I followed the simple card instructions and I got a lot of debris removed, as I'm sat here typing my nose is still clear and feeling great. You won't be disappointed with this product a lot of time and effort has gone into it, and as a result I would like to thank the manufacturer for such a wonderfully neat product. If you suffer like me with chronic nasal congestion, that's all I can say is buy it ! you will be amazed how you feel afterwards.

A great product recommended by my physician. Easy to use , easy to clean and easy to store. Compact and easy to travel too. Wish I had discovered it years ago.....

Excellent produits, je souffrait d'une sinusite et infection des sinus et avec Sinna et Navage j'ai réussi à régler cela. Ça faisait 5 ans que je vivais avec, les docteurs ont rien fait d'efficace. Tout cela a cause d'une infirmière qui a gratté pour le test de Covid. l'échantillon a ressorti ensanglanté, on va mettre ça sur le manque de formation a l'époque.

This is the best way to cleanse sinuses! No mess, no head tilting from side to side. This is my second machine as my first one stopped working after 10+years of use. I highly recommend this product.
