Helps with itchiness; thick consistency; no scent; miconazole nitrate active ingredient
This Antifungal Cream comes in three 4.5-fl. oz. tubes. Each tube has a flip-top cap, and when I removed the cap, I saw an inner foil seal. The cream is white in color and has a thick consistency. I really like that as I squeezed the tube, the cream comes out in a solid fashion, no dripping.I could not smell a scent as I sniffed the cream, even though it has menthol and mentha piperita (peppermint) oil as part of the inactive ingredients. When I rubbed the cream on the sides of my heel, the cream absorbed well into my skin.I also applied the cream to the space between my 4th-5th toes (an area that oftentimes gets itchy, especially during the wintertime, when I am almost always wearing socks). In that small space, when I applied this cream, I could not get the cream to be fully absorbed into the skin. Instead, some of the cream stayed in its thickened form. Then, after I took off my socks later in the day, I noticed a bit of dampness on my socks in that area of my toes. This was not a big deal for me, as I am more concerned with keeping my toes itching less often and the skin from peeling away.I really like that this antifungal cream has miconazole nitrate as the active ingredient.I suffer from bouts of itchy feet, and this ingredient is one that has been effective in getting my feet to stop itching after regular applications. According to the instructions on the tube, ".....apply once a day to affected skin for 2 weeks...."I could not find the expiration date, although I did see "21128" and "0724" in the ridge areas of the tube.To help me deal with athlete's feet, especially in the winter time when I wear socks at work, and then wear socks at home to keep my feet warm, I apply antifungal cream once I feel the itching, burning sensation. I find this Bozak-brand of antifungal cream to be a good option for my itchy feet.

Effective; easier to use than a spray but not as powdery; menthol cooling; made in USA
The active ingredient in this fungicide is miconazole nitrate at a 2% concentration. That's a pretty standard formulation that's found in many options, include brand name creams and sprays. This is a bit unique in that it also includes menthol, which provides a cooling sensation. The menthol (along with the eucalyptus and peppermint oil which are also in the cream) doesn't help its anti-fungal properties, but it does provide a comfortable sensation especially for foot fungus. The cooling is clearly felt, but it's not overwhelming (for example, it's well below the cooling level of a menthol muscle cream). It's a medium thick cream. The most significant scent is the menthol/eucalyptus/peppermint. It's a more pleasant smelling anti-fungal than others I've used. It spreads easily, and not much is needed per use. There's a powdery look and feel to it once it dries and soaks in, but it's less powdery than some sprays I've used. However, the menthol makes up for that in terms of overall comfort. While it's not as convenient to use as a spray since you have to wait longer for it to dry, it is easier to apply in a controlled manner. Sprays tend to get a bit messy in terms of over spray. Plus creams are often less expensive when you figure out the number of applications you get per container. The effectiveness has been the same as with other 2% miconazole nitrate treatments. All in all, I find it to be a good option for foot fungus that works well, is easy to use, is made in the US, and provides both a powdery feeling plus cooling. Five stars.

Seemed to work at first but…
My brother recommended this to me to try. At first the cooling ingredients provided some relief and the “dries to a powder” seemed to provide a lasting comfort. But as I perspired more that powder turned to a paste-y goo. And the product became less effective the more I used it. Stay away from the 3-pack. Try the single to make sure it works for you first.

A Woman's Viewpoint
Okay, now you are going to hear from a woman using Bozak Antifungal Jock Itch and Athlete's Foot Cream. I suffer from a rash similar to athlete's foot or jock itch under my breasts. I have been cursed with large ones and since I had a severe case of Shingles in January of 2013, I can no longer wear a bra. It causes too much pain. So, my large breasts just lay flat and the heat generated by them causes the rash. My doctor even wrote a prescription for a powder for the same product!! It is cheaper to buy this over the counter than to get a prescription filled.I have found this product to be very effective. It is cooling when applied, which is very pleasant. It relieves the itching right away and leaves a cool sensation in its place. My only concern is that sometimes it later burns a little. I hope that the mixture isn't too strong for the tender skin under my breasts!! That is the reason I deducted the one star.It is so convenient to find such a product that I can order from Amazon and use as I need. It works and I know my doctor would approve as he wrote a prescription for the same product, in a powder form. As a woman, I thought you would like to know that women can use this product, too. And, I very highly recommend it!!
