I’ve been using this for 18 months now and believe it does help with my hair loss..I suffer from frontal fibrosing alopecia and androgenetic alopecia,I will be honest I do use other products as well but a family member also uses this and we both agree with use it is effective but it’s not a quick fix..it does take time. With this product you get over a years supply at a great price,tablets are really small so easy to swallow.

I'm menopause (sp) and have lost my hair in rows. They don't help with nails because they all work on my scalp. Deffo work, I'd a large loss of hair and it's growing in places where there was none.

I received these Biotin pills about two months ago and now I see some growth in my nails. I do suggest you keep taking them if you don't see early results.

No problems with the Biotin supplement , but to early to tell, only just started to take them

I had lost a lot of hair with heavy daily shedding for nearly 10 years now and the sides of my head were looking patchy and the mid part on the top of my head was getting wider. It started becoming very noticeable how thin my hair was getting by the rats tail (instead of pony tail) that I was tying. I cut my hair short and have refused to tie it for the last 5 months - baldness on the sides of my head would be very obvious when I tied my hair back. I've been taking this Biotin since end of Dec 2023 and it's now 01 May 2024. After 4 months, I can already see that the mid part looks normal again with a lot of little hairs growing and the sides of my head have filled in. I still have slight bald patches but it's so much less than it was before. My hair looks thicker and my nails have grown stronger too. Also ended up getting a haircut sooner than anticipated. With so much new hair growing, all the different length hair was making it look messy! Although it is a very welcomed messy look! The tablets are tiny and so very easy to take and there are so many tablets, this will definitely last for a year.

Up to now I can see a bit of a difference,but it's only been a couple of weeks,friend who has been on it a lot longer her hair is longer and thicker

Bon complément en ajout avec de la provitamine B5 , après avoir perdu pas mal de cheveux, j'ai pleins de petite repousse au niveau du crâne, et je pense que mes cheveux pousse plus vite ! en tout cas ça ne me fait pas de mal, pendant une période j'ai même doublé la dose...

Llevo un mes usando este suplemento de biotina y ya estoy viendo resultados reales. Lo compré porque tenía el cabello débil, con caída, y las uñas muy quebradizas. Después de unas semanas, noté que el cabello se cae mucho menos al lavarlo y se siente más fuerte al tacto. También me crecen las uñas más rápido y ya no se parten tan fácil como antes. La piel está un poco más suave y pareja, algo que no esperaba pero se agradece. Estoy tomando una cápsula al día con el desayuno y no tuve efectos secundarios. Además, estas cápsulas son pequeñas y fáciles de tragar. Lo mejor: • Fortalece cabello y uñas visiblemente • Piel más luminosa • Excelente relación calidad-precio A mejorar: El frasco podría incluir una opción con menos cápsulas para quienes recién empiezan.
