I have been taking this cortisol blocker for about 4 months for sleep. It has been working great and cheaper than the prescription I was taking. I didn't realize why I had regular bowel movements until I came to the reviews. They have been out of stock and now I'm completely out. I hope that it returns soon for the sake of my bowels and a good night sleep. Looking for an alternative that can solve both of these issues has become a challenge.

Actually felt this within the second day of taking it, I was having restless sleep as well as really bad anxiety and minor panic attacks. Also I was ALWAYS craving sugar. This has made sleep better and calm me down drastically. No more cravings and I can take full deep breaths effortlessly. Only side effect ive noticed is diarrhea when you first start. I started with 4 a day and now I only take it when i feel necessary

Bottom line some of the best sleep I've ever had. The con is bubble guts and maybe explosive diarrhea the next day depending on your stomach sensitivity. Probably not good to take every day but if you're going through a period of trouble sleeping this will wrap you up in a lil blanket, tuck you in, and sing lullabies until you're out like a light

This is the first time i have bought something that really works, unlike the rest of the comments here, I have not experience any 💩💩💩.I am taking this to help me sleep and recover from working out and I must say that this has kept in an almost steroid like anabolic state! Which is great because is natural and I dont have to worry about the side effects steroids may cause! I highly recommend this to anyone who's looking for gains or simply diminish their levels of stress associated with everyday pressures and worries! This gets 2 thumbs from me!!!!

This product is great. Does everything it says. However, I had severe headaches and a fat pouch develop on my hip that was unexplained and went away after I stopped taking the pills. I do miss them because I slept great.

Definitely more calm and sleeping better.

Causa diarrea

I have only taken 1 pill a couple of days ago. I have read online that Emodin can cause diarrhea in sensitive people. I was willing to try it anyway. I took it mid afternoon which wasn’t a great idea. Because I was unmotivated to do much the rest of the day. I would take it at night before bed Next time. It did give me a little tummy issues. But I will give it another go tonight and see if I have issues tomorrow.
