will this hold my 260lbs?

To ALL new viewers - Check to see what this is made of ! I bought this in May 2019 and mine is ALL stainless steel not cast aluminum like the one that is now (November 2019) being sold.

How far apart are the mounting holes?

2-1/4 across and 3-3/4 up and down

When folded how far does it protrude? Want to use on a boat behind a cabin door that is sometimes open against the mounting surface with a few inches

It is compatible. When folded up.. maybe 1-2” sticks out.. I would measure but that truck was sold.. In 13 years no issues, best thing added.. .. in PA weather

What size diameter are the bolt holes?
