Is there a wireless headset available that is compatible with this handset?

The phone has a 2.5mm headset jack. So you can use just about any headset that fits that jack. But really, the simplest option is to use the belt clip to carry the phone around, and just connect a simple wired headset to the phone. If you really prefer a cordless headset, and you're using an Open type service like voiSip or NebulaPBX, that supports 3rd party apps and phones, you could use a Yealink desktop phone along with the Bluetooth dongle. That lets you use several types of bluetooth headsets. Or you could use a softphone app and a cordless headset. I have the Jabra Pro 930. It connects to your PC via USB and has DECT wireless, so range is about 50 meters indoors and 300 outdoors. Really nice headsets.

How do you turn the volume down on it?

The left and right arrows around the OK button. When in a call works the volume for the earpiece; when in standby works the volume for the ringer.

Does this phone work with a Frontier internet connection?

Your internet connection doesn't really matter, you will need a host that supports Yealink phones though.

Will this work with my ooma w60p system?

I use it with a W60 base, so it should work. But I use it with voiSip service, who doesn't lock the phones. Not sure if Ooma locks the phones or not, so you might check with them first to be sure.
