I needed something between my toner and moisturizer, so I bought this product because it has simple ingredients. Since my face is combination—both oily and dry—I have to be careful with what I use. This serum isn’t oily; it’s light, and I don’t feel like I have five pounds of product on my face.

It works much better than I would have ever expected

This is a Korean product. Bottle doesn't come sealed, but box comes sealed with tamperproof sticker. Ingredients are listed on the packaging in English. This is a nice niacinamide serum. It comes in a glass bottle with a dropped and has got a yellowish tint to it, but no noticeable scent. The consistency is nice. It’s thicker than water but not creamy or goopy. Absorbs into the skin very quickly and does not pill under my serum and moisturizer. After using it for a month, I have noticed my skin does appear brighter and more even in tone, especially around my nose and chin where I tend to get reddish. They claim that it improves the look of fine lines. I haven’t noticed that, but my wrinkles are mostly on my forehead and not due to aging but to muscle movement. Overall, it’s a nice niacinamide serum from this brand. It’s currently at $30 which may be a bit steep for 1 fl oz but the value is fair.

The Multi-Vitamin Serum from Beplain (Korean-made) is far from plain, even though it comes in an otherwise no-frills plastic 1oz dropper. The slightly off-color, transparent gel inside is a hint on the thicker side, making the dropper less than ideal for dispensing, but it is surprisingly lightweight and melts into the skin without being irritating, greasy, and doesn't leave a heavy residue. I have super sensitive, Rosacea-prone, acne-prone, mature skin. This hasn't given me any issues and gives my combination complexion a matte finish. I prefer to use this in the AM, as I have medicated actives I use in my PM routine. I wash and tone, take a few drops of this thick gel and pat it over my face and neck. Then I apply another serum, moisturizer, and SPF. No pilling or flaking. Doesn't dry me out. Seems very nourishing, especially since it is mostly sea buckthorn water and niacinamide. Both of which are mild, skin suitable, and vitamin rich. Doesn't appear to have any weird essential oils or added fragrances, which is a bonus. I had to venture to a 3rd party to get the ingredient list as the information on the box I received was obscured and the sales post lacked any information other than the highlighted sea buckthorn, niacinamide, and reference to "6 kinds of vitamins." This has various forms of B vitamins, C, and E along with hyaluronic acid, Allantoin, Arbutin, and Tranexamic Acid - all of which help with discoloration, moisture retention, and or sebum control. It is very gentle for a vitamin C product and sinks in immediately. It also works well with my other skincare products. This product makes my fave looking so youthful with a dash of glow. At 37, I look like I'm 22 But I cannot attribute all the skin benefits to using this product alone. I also eat healthy( mainly veggies, fruits, seafoods. I also consume no hormones added meat but not often. I drink lots of water andi juice a lot too. I exercise three times a week and I meditate). I avoid all refined, process and sugary foods, as well as fatty foods and sodas and caffeine. The product is a top up but it might help even further if you have a good lifestyle.

I have really enjoyed adding this serum to my morning skincare routine as it helps to moisturize and soothe my skin while also fading hyperpigmentation and evening out my skin tone. It contains 5% niacinamide, quite a high percentage but not as high as TO’s zinc and niacinamide serum. Some people are very sensitive to niacinamide and may experience irritation. If you’re not sensitive to it then you’re in luck as it’s a great anti-acne and brightening ingredient for fading old acne scar or sun sports. Similarly, tranexamic acid is an excellent ingredient for lightening hyperpigmentation and melasma spots but they don’t indicate the percentage in the formula as they do with the niacinamide and sea buckthorn water, which is a shame. The serum has several soothing and calming ingredients: Allantoin, Betaine and Panthenol. I like these for my sensitive and sometimes irritated skin. There are a few ingredients which may be comedogenic for some but it’s very YMMV as everyone’s skin is so different. It contains sea buckthorn oil (Comedogenic rating = 1), and avocado oil (Comedogenic rating = 3). It’s best to patch test a small area to see if your skin is reactive to either the oils or the niacinamide as some people may be sensitive to it. My 1st serum buying without seeing and I read reviews and give it a try!!!! Best decision ever ! After 3 days my skin was soooooooft 😳! I definitely order a second bottle

I was using more expensive products but wanted to save some money so tried this serum. It's great actually easier to spread then most. No complaints

I really liked beplain’s product and this is not my first time. I’ve already used this product and just ordered three of them yesterday. And look what I received. A damaged package- someone ripped off one of the ample. Why do you guys ruin your own reputation like this??? This is so disappointing and awful mind and attitude that selling damaged and opened product would be ok to your customers who paid. I’ve ordered three because they were on sail, discounted. But it doesn’t mean that you can sell this kind of product to your customers.
