Good Quality and Easy to Use
I have dabbled with a number of these waterproof boxes for a garden project and this product was by far the best. The construction of the box is solid, the connectors actually work properly and the access for three way armoured (and inflexible) cable is good. Be aware that some connectors are entirely impossible when working with armoured cable as they offer no room to manoeuvre the wiring into the chocolate box.

Useful Product
Used for terminating armoured cables in lamp posts. Although you canโt take the armour glands directly into the box, you can gland and bond below and bring the inner sheath in through the stuffing glands supplied with the box. Box seems robust but durability of plastic will need to be evaluated longer term. Chinese manufacturer and QA standards not verifiable. Not had any problems so far though

Full range of seals and glands.
Excellent product with proper waterproofing setup. The only downside is the 2 tags to fasten it to the wall. These are clearly a weak spot. I got round this by *carefully* drilling my own fixing holes into the unit. It is brittle type plastic so I'd only recommend this if you are reasonably experienced. Note also that due to its brittle material, overightening the fixed screws will break it. But those things apart its a good unit and I would buy another. Particularly impressed with the gasket etc supplied. Very thorough.

Out side junction box
A very good junction box many uses

Connector supplied too small
Used this unit for external spike uplights. The connector supplied was too small - If you are using 3 x cabke connections in the junction box with the correct cable thickness, it was impossible to fit them. I used a bigger connector instead. It worked ok, but I wondered about leaving all those junction box screws exposed to the elements over time.
