Is there any alcohol and fragrance in this cream. I was reccomended it for post surgery radiation burns

I do not have the box any longer, maybe the ingredients are listed there, I did find the ingredients on a google search.

Are the containers supposed to have some kind of seal? The box looked like it had been opened before. No seal on the jar and product leaked a bit.
