High Quality
These are expensive, but very high quality. They have a nice feel to them unlike another brand that I purchased. Don't buy the cheap ones.

Helped with both plantar fasciitis and capsulitis of the foot
This wedge provides a wonderful calf stretch. The foam material is firm but not hard and grips socks and bare feet well. We keep them under our desks as footrests and pull them out to stand on before walks or exercise. The stretch feels just right, not too shallow or too deep, and has helped with both plantar fasciitis and capsulitis of the foot. It’s kind of pricy for two foam wedges but feels well made. The foam is very, and I mean very, low odor—similar to a foam roller made from EVA. Maybe that’s these are made of.
