I have two of these, from two different sellers on Amazon The light globe itself is fantastic, although I only like the warm yellow color--but I like that a lot. Both of them are funky about charging, but in different ways. One will effectively only operate while plugged in, because it really doesn't hold a charge. The other one holds a charge much longer but stays lit when plugged in, even if turned off. I suspect that if I ordered a third I would get it yet another variation. All this being said, I use these every evening for their soft warm moonlke glow. You should also know that the charging cord protrudes from the bottom so that they will not sit flat while charging.

A great product and a very cool one. I read the instructions (which is rare) and it said to drain the light before doing the first charge. Hopefully it will prolong the battery life. The lights are bright; the remote works; and the charge lasts for hours. My cat liked them the first night in the den, so I bought a 4" light cube for her. These aren't pricey if they last 2-3 years. Love them!

The colors are great. Great design piece. BUT. It isn’t very bright, even at night, so keep that in mind.

Not terrible. The light is more night light level, but the battery is something to be desired. The range is nice and transitions are pretty, but they're more decoration than useable light. I did buy two and I noticed a distinct difference in quality. When both are the same color, you can tell when one has weaker LEDs or that one has a smoother shell that diffuses light differently.

Love this lamp as an accent piece!
