this motor puts out ac current. you will have to run the ac current thru a rectifier to convert it to 12 volt dc to charge batteries.

how much enegry would this take rotating at 110 rpm?

it is too low. the rated speed is 600-900rmp/minuter. in 110rmp, it maybe can't charge your battery, if you can get output voltage, but the charge current will very small. regards, kenny
