Bought unscented. Smell is earthy wheatish. The only problem that I found with it is packaging, it should be come with pump atleast for easy to use. Also the price seems a little high. Ideally 250-350 should be the price range. Ingredients seems good let’s see how it works

I have been using this lactic acid body lotion for the last 10 months to reduce the appearance of keratosis pilaris (KP) on my hands and thighs. I have had KP for as long as I can remember, but I didn't really care about it until the last two years. Last year, when I researched ways to reduce its appearance, I found that products containing lactic acid, glycolic acid, and salicylic acid could help with KP.While looking for a lactic acid body lotion, I came across this one. It was within my budget, the ingredient list looked okay to me, and it was fragrance-free, so I decided to give it a try.My KP flared up after the first use, but I continued using the lotion, and eventually, I noticed a reduction in its appearance. However, regular use is necessary to maintain the results. I use this lotion on alternate days and apply urea cream on the days in between, followed by a moisturizer to keep my skin well hydrated. This routine has helped a lot with my KP.The texture is good and thick for a body lotion. However, the bottle design makes it difficult to squeeze out the lotion. Since the lotion is thick, I have to squeeze the bottle quite firmly to get it out. A pump bottle would have made it much easier to use.Although the lotion is fragrance-free, it does have a somewhat unusual smell, which I found a little overwhelming at times. It doesn't smell like added fragrance, so I think it might be due to the ingredients used.Considering the results I have seen and the benefits it provides, I think this lotion is value for money.

This is a phenomenal product. I’d show you a before and after photo, however, I was stupid enough not to take any before pics so there is no comparison to be made.I have pretty fair skin as an Asian— I am like a warm PALE—and I have a pretty neutral skin type, so I cannot speak for darker skin tones or super oily/dry skin. I had darkening under my armpits and very heavy darkening on lower body, as well as these very weird acne scars on my shoulders—that look less like acne but like mini tumours haha… BUT, after using this lotion, I noticed remarkable skin lightening on my body parts in under a month. My acne scars on my shoulder—considering they are fairly big—though present have gradually shrunk and lightened in redness. I use the product 3-4 a week, I only put it on the places I want lightened (ie. elbows, knees, armpits, neck etc’) or that has acne scars, and I don’t need to use a lot. I also do not know how well this works on active body acne, as I only have acne scars.Then again, this is all my personal experience, it does wonders for my skin type. My experience may be different from others, it may work slower on a different skin type or others might need to consistently apply it everyday to see results.It does claim to be for all skin types; though how quickly it may work on other skin will probably differ. I don’t want to excite people with my experience and make people think it will lighten their skin in a few weeks like it did for me in case it doesn’t (it may take you months). In conclusion, it worked great on me, the smell isn’t strong or that noticeable, and I hope everyone else has a similar positive experience with this product.
