Not long Lasting but service is good
Everything was good overall, but the brush didnโt last more than three months. However, after I contacted customer care, they offered to replace the product. The replacement arrived on time, and the process was smooth and hassle-free.

Disappointing and slow warranty service
I sent the defective product video on September 17th, but received the replacement only on October 3rd after a lengthy return process. Brands like Meditive replaced my product within 3 days just by looking at the video, without even requesting a return. Needs significant improvement in customer service.
