Faulty Pump - O3 Eye cream
This is 4th time the Pump is not working at all. You can see in d video that cream is not coming out despite repeated try. Earlier in last 3 delivered Eye cream I faced the same issue. This is not acceptable. I hv been using this cream for more than a year. I use other O3 products also. But now feel like moving away from it.

Fancy looking useless product
The knob was not working... And the stick is small to even open it and use the product... Waste of money as even the Amazon customer service executive was inefficient to provide any resolution and I was at loss as no refund plus useless product
