Yes. This water transfer decal paper has good adhesion and does not require baking after transfer. Baking will improve the adhesion even more.

Does this water decal need to be sprayed with clear varnish before transfer?

Yes, both inkjet and laser printing require a coat of transparent paint before the transfer process.

Are the applicable materials for compatible transfer paper the same as those for regular inkjet/laser transfer paper?

Finished products printed using inkjet printing and coated with varnish have slightly lower sun resistance than those printed using laser printing.
