Will my king box spring & frame work with this mattress?

No! It needs complete support with slats no more than a few inches apart. That, or just flat out plywood.

Does this one have fiberglass in it?

Hi~ The mattress is completely fiberglass free. Considering the health of our consumers, our mattresses are completely fiberglass-free and use other more body-friendly fire-resistant materials.

does this mattress have latex in it?

Hi~ Our mattresses are hybrid mattresses consisting of memory foam and individual pocket springs. And we've made further improvements to our mattresses to keep our mattresses consistent with the American people's sleep preferences after reviewing a large number of surveys of American people's mattress preferences. Memory foam provides a comfortable sleep experience, and individual pocket springs provide suitable support.

how often do you turn the mattress?

This is a pillow-top mattress with cooling-gel memory foam incorporated in the upper part of the mattress and individual pocket innersprings in the lower part of the mattress, therefore cannot be turned over. The mattress can be rotated as often as you wish, i.e. putting the head of the mattress at the foot of the bed and vice-versa.
