I researched the spin mops online and liked this one the best. I got the best bang for my buck and I just love it. It cleans my laminated floor like I hired a cleaning person to scrub it on their knees. I used to use a big wringer type bucket and mop (like they use in stores and schools) for my floor but never again. That thing was heavy and hard to dump. This does a fantastic job, the mop is always clean and it is no big deal to change the water when it gets dirty. When the floor dried there were no mop streaks and it just looked so clean. I am going to do a demonstration at my mothers house for her because she still uses a sponge mop. I highly recommend! The only downfall is that the string from the mop did wrap around the spinney thing a couple of times but now that I know that I can feel when it happens. Also, the handle is not very sturdy feeling. I don't think I'll get longevity out of it but we'll see.

As a mom of three kids and a black lab this mop does not work for me.I was looking for a mop bucket that would help me quickly mop a large area with ease.1. The wheels barely roll and the handle is awkward -- it does not stay up, and it is spring released, I am short and had to bend to pull the bucket along.2. The tightening/loosening of the arm every time I had to wring it/spin it was time consuming and took way longer than I was looking to spend.3. It leaks ( could be a I got a defective one) - but none the less, it leaks.I researched many spin mops on Amazon before purchasing this mop (because of all the positive reviews). Putting the mop together was easy, the parts simply screw or click together.Upon filling the bucket, I noticed right away the drainage hole was leaking - not coming out quickly but a slow drip. I thought maybe it would stop, that some water was stuck while I filled it up - but to my disappointment, it leaked the entire time. Finally I thought maybe I was missing a piece, like a small plug to pop into the hole - but after looking at the instructions that came with it - there is no such plug.The instructions are lacking - there is no explanation as to what the different mop heads could/should be used for.The mop head is easy to snap into place, but as I was mopping, the head attached to the arm does not bend with ease- which made the plastic part scrape against the floor at times - I am glad I tested it on my tile first and not my hardwood floor.Also, as I was wringing out the water, sometimes the arm would detach from the head inside the bucket.If the mop is not on the spinner just right, it does not work. Because the head does not bend easily - it was a struggle to get it on there right at times. ( Again, I am looking for something quick and easy). When it worked correctly it was amazing - when it didn't it was very frustrating. Also, the "dispenser bottle" is a joke. The thing is tiny and doesn't even stay in place.Bottom line - I wouldn't recommend this.

This is a very simple but yet very useful item. It allows you to dry the mop in a very cool way ( like a Dryer) without using your hand, or bending down. Overall construction is very solid, more than enough to withstand the weight after you have put water in. It is also very compact easy for storage. I would recommend this products to others that is looking for an efficient and easy way to clean without breaking your back.

I like the mop and bucket accept the bucket seems to leak a little and the spin mop sticks at times .

The mop is unbelievably expensive. the mop is flimsy. The mop head is slightly smaller than a child's play-mop, which means it is very, very small. Also, the mop head and attachment design is horrible. One must place the mop head straight down after it is lifted from the bucket. Then, a perfect angle must be kept while mopping, AND one must mop perfectly straight--forward and back. All of this is to keep the plastic attachment piece from scraping the floor, causing irreparable damage. This is from a mop---A MOP!!! It is inconceivable that something so terribly difficult to use--almost unusable--can be made of something so simple as a mop (mops have been made for hundreds, if not thousands, of years). Disappointed does not reflect the feelings this mop brings--disgusted is close. Did I mention it was VERY expensive???

I bought this mop because my mom recommended a spin mop. She was given a nice spin mop of a different brand, that was bought off of QVC, but I don't think they sell the same brand on Amazon. I found this mop appealing because it was similar to hers and the price was doable. I have only used it once so far. I like the fact that it comes with different mop heads but the directions that come in the package don't really include what all the different mom heads are for exactly. While mopping I noticed that the mop handle, where it attaches to the mop head, is hard to maneuver when you put it in the bucket to spin. You have to get the angle just right or it doesn't want to "click" in to place to spin. The spout on the side to drain the water didn't leak thankfully. All in all I would recommend it to a friend because it is a nice mop.

A lot came in this box. This came with three mop heads so your able to change them out for safe cleaning. It also came with other items for scrubbing and polishing. Very easy to use and change out the heads when needed to due so. The bucket its self is very nice. Its about five gallons i believe, and has a spin cycle thing built in. You use a foot peg to spin the mop out. So for disabled people this is a great item. You stick the wet dirty mop in, pump the foot peg and it spins it out for you that way you dont have to touch a dirty mop head. I'm very impressed with this system. It doesn't take up much room would work great for a small place or apartment needs. I'm very happy with my purchase. I had no problems with the seller and would buy from them again. Very fast with the shipping.
