What color would I get, as it is unclear if you can pick one or it is the green on the picture?

The colors are chosen at random. There are over 36 color combinations.

is this brush the Curaprox 12460 velvet or the 5460 ultra soft? it is confusing in the description of the brush.

Hello, I do apologize that description is confusing. This is a 12460 Velvet toothbrush.

Ordered this only one month ago and delivered to Australia, would love to buy more, why can't it ship to Australia now??

Hello, Curaden USA is not able to ship outside of the country. You may try contacting Curaden AU. Thank you.

Is this 12460 velvet more or less gentle than the 5460 ultra soft? Thanks:)

Hello, Thank you for contacting Curaprox Support via Amazon. Yes, the 12460 Velvet manual toothbrush is softer and more gentle than the 5460. Both are exceptionally softer than normal brands, however the 12460 Velvet has over 12,000 ultra fine filaments in the bristle which make it our softest, gentlest toothbrush yet. You can see a full description on our official Curaprox website. I am not allowed to put the link in this response. Thank you, Julie
